Latest Spoiler on Gate Crash

So today we have another spoiler for gate crash~ :D WOOHOOO!
It is Fathom Mage, a Simic card :) sooo today we will talk about it and talk about simic mechanism.
1. This card has amazing artwork! The artwork is seriously amazing :)
2. This card is most likely going to be good in limited only.. 2 Generic , 1 Green, 1 Blue for a 1/1.... it is that great of a card... as can be remove easily by any red spell..
Now to the mechanism.
Evolve, it triggers when a creature you control have a higher power / toughness enter the battlefield, you are able to put a +1/+1 counter on the creature you control.. However you will need lots of mana to get the creature with evolve to get the +1/+1 counter so that it would be able to protect itself
Now look at Fathom mage,
It has a very good ability along with evolve :) whenever she evolve she get a +1/+1 counter, which would allow you to draw cards which is AMAZING!!! however with a toughness of 1 you have to find ways to protect her as just a pillar of flame is enough to kill her... and that would be enough to explain how limited she is :$ unless along with her will come out something that allow us to protect her~ and use her to the fullest :)

Latest Spoiler for GateCrash


Sooooo we have a new spoiler :D It is a uncommon card and it contains the new mechanism for Simic :)
as you can see from the card itself, the new mechanism for Simic would be Evolve
Evolve is whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, if that creature has greater power or toughness than this creature, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature :)
This creature is a uncommon and its name is Simic FluxMage
as you can see it is a merfolk wizard and it shows a sign that the merfolk might be coming back!!! :D which is awesome!
This creatures itself has the Simic mechanism + its own ability~
Its ability is 1 Generic mana + 1 blue and tap it, move a +1/+1 counter from itself onto target creature :)
Also it's casting cost is 2 Generic and 1 Blue and it has a power and toughness of 1/2
With this card more combo can be made and merfolk of the pearl trident will come back~ along with Tarland, the sky summoner :D
And with that THE MERFOLK SHALL RISE AGAIN :D

FNM~

I went FNM this week for the drafting part and went 1-2 :D haha it failed badly for me as I didn't have enough cards for the color combination I was playing, which was a red/black agro deck.. I did get some nice rares and bomb in the deck :) Such as pack rat and temple garden :D
But when I play the pack rat came out once only... and it was really strong however other than that with out pack rat coming out on the battlefield I lost all the games :3
Since it was 1 win 1 pack at my local card shop I got one pack :) But didnt get anything nice sadly :( I just gotten a collective blessing.... bad luck with packs this day XD

Also I saw deck list for a Green/White Agro Deck that I fought with also during GPT and sadly lost to it and I felt that it was a very strong deck and wanted to share with you guys here :)
The price of the deck is kind of expensive but still it is a strong deck :) Thou I would remove the precint captain for some other stuff like restoration angel :)

A Sad case :(

So recently I did a trade with a awesome person name Seeknayr via the youtube MTG Trade Community and according to the youtube MTG Trade Community I sent my cards first as I approach him first :) However when my letter reach to him, it was in really really bad shape :( a link to the video will be in the post.

So from now on I will use bubble wraps like this~
To wrap the cards to prevent the cards in top loaders to make holes in the letters which would lead to the cards dropping out from the letter and BE LOST FOREVER D:

So if you are reading this and you are interested in doing a trade with me :) The cards will be safe this time definitely

A deck I lost too...

So this was a deck I lost to a my local store GPT. it was pretty crazy yet annoying that I lost to it.
It was a angel of glory's rise re-animator deck...
So basically this decks runs a whole lots of humans, and what its objective is to milling at least half of its deck and unburial rite a angel of glory's rise from the graveyard and BOOM! Humans started rise from the graveyard [Not being a zombie but given a second life] and just swing you in one turn and the next second you die... :( pretty sad case scenario.

So after a long period of time analyzing the deck via memory this is a deck list for the deck

More thought's on Gate Crash



Sooooo today we will be talking on Dimir and Orzhoz

Dimir, known as the unseen guild or the Tenth Guild.
It was run by a vampire named Szadek however now it is the new guild leader for the guild is Lazav a shapeshifter mage. 
The guild actually does not exist, as the Ravnican people generally believe that there are only nine guilds and never had a tenth, as it dissolved thousands of years ago. The name Dimir is not know to a lot of people and those that do know about it, believe that it is just a myth used to scare children and be in children's story or a parnoid conspiracy theory. 
The weird part of all of those things is that those story's and making people believes is done by the Dimir themselves as a method for avoiding suspicion. 

The Dimir are like the secret agent in Ravnica, They will do their job of given to them and they would leave no trace about their job once they done it. They also make sure they to destroy all the memories of their witness of their crimes and even going so far to eliminate their own memories of their job 
Now about the guild master who is Lazav, the Dimir Mastermind, he is a shape-shifting mage who serves as the nexus of telepathic impressions of the entire Dimir Network. He is a thing i guess no one know what type is he too, no one knows whether is he a he,she or it? 
Lazav can shape-shifts into a variety of guises as to his needs and plans. 
Some of the Dimir agents believe that Lazav have a plots against Niv-Mizzet to discern the Dragon's hidden endgame and twist it for his own purposes

Now we will be doing the usual talk about the guildmage and the keyrune abilities, as you know Dimir is a B/U color guild :)

The guild mage might have ability to bounce creatures back to owner hand like how blue creatures and spells does while it other ability might be milling your opponent like how the Dimir used to if they still have milling type ability :D
While the keyrune it would have deathtouch like the black creatures does and flying due to the wing type design on it side :D














Now on to the Orzhoz,
The guild beliefs that wealth is power, that structure breeds wealth, and that guilt creates structure. The guilds is run with a combination of religion, credit lending agency and a crime syndicate. The guild is run by an ostentatious hierarchy of priests, enforcers, and ghostly councilors, many of the orzhov guild members believe that their rule is necessary for making Ravnica the best it can be, when the their rule are using unscrupulous ways to seize power. Most Ravnicans see that the Orzhov are a corrupted organization, however many are lured in by their promises of wealth, prestige and longevity.


The Orzhoz guild is now ruled by the Obzedat, who are a council of ghostly autocrats, who maintained their wealth and power even when they no longer have their mortal forms. Members of the Orzhov are able to cheat mortality, maintaining their consciousness and their greed beyond the threshold of death. The Orzhov people are paranoid and spiteful dictators. They often going out of their way to thwart ambitious underlings. They would crush people who spread rumors about them and also spy on potential enemies. The Obzedat rarely speak directly with those outside the guild. They would rather communicate through their offcial envoy, Teysa Karlov

Now we shall go to thinking about the Orzhov keyrune and guildmage ability

Orzhov is a W/B guild,



So its keyrune is either going to be a spirit or a human and it is most likely going to have life-link or death touch.

While for it's guildmage it is easy to think of her ability just by the color of the guild.
Her 1st ability would most likely be giving creature to have life-link
while the second ability would most likely be making the creature have -1/-1 until end of the turns.

Gate Crash Spoiler's



Right here we have a few of the latest most likely to be true cards to come out in the Gate Crash Set and all these cards are mythic rare!!! So lets take a look!

Firstly we have the huge mythic dragon Hellkite Tyrant 6/5 that is a 4 colorless mana + 2 red mana creature casting cost and like in most set have the huge dragons, this is most likely going to be in a edh deck since in edh there are many people who play artifacts and with this you can most likely win the game easily.

Secondly we have this, Enter the infinite a 8 colorless mana + 4 blue mana sorcery to get your whole library in your hand and having no maximum hand size until your next turn. So this card is most likely to be in a EDH deck unless some crazy dude decide to play a U/G standard deck with boundless realms and omniscience and this card and wins the game. Or a U/G Deck with boundless realms, this and labtory manic.

Next we have the Boros Guildleader
Aurelia, the Warleader, A 2 colourless mana + 2 Red and 2 white mana for a 3/4 flying, vigilance, haste
First though on this card was WHAT A 6 MANA COST FOR A 3/4 Only? but when you actually read her abilities you would understand why. Her ability is just simply crazy. Once you cast her out, easily you can win the game if you have lots of creature on the battlefield. You are able to swing not once but twice when you have her on the field how is that not AMAZING AND SICK?!
However if want to have full protection on the field and attack at the same time you can just do the same!
As you could just attack your opponent during the first combat phrase and when you untap all of the creatures you used to attack during the first battle phrase you can skip the second battle phrase and go to the second main phrase with all of your creatures untap!

After her we have the Boros "Guildleader"
Borborygmos Enraged. He is a huge 7/6 with trample creature that cost 4 colorless mana + 2 red and 2 green mana to cast. Although he is a huge creature, but due to the casting cost he is most likely not going to be in standard but in EDH. His effects at first does not seem that interesting however if you combo him with cryptborn horror you can easily get a 15/15 or more creature on the field in one turn just by throwing a whole lot of land cards! and easily kill your opponent  in a few turn. and you never need to worry not having a land card in your hand to discard as whenever he attacks you are able to reveal the top 3 cards of your deck and take all the land cards reveal this way into your hands and the others in the graveyard .

Lastly for the the current spoiler we have a planeswalker that has the guurl colour.
Domri Rade a 1 colorless mana+ 1 red and 1 green mana cost planeswalker, with a 3 loyalty counter when entering the battlefield. He is actually a so-so planeswalker. His first ability is good but the second is meh and the last is hard to be done.
+1 ability allows you to see the top card and if it is a creature you may reveal it and put it into your hand
and his second ability
-2 ability allows you to kill your opponents small creatures or flying creatures that you cannot deal with by using your bigger creature you have on the battlefield to do the job but there are already many green cards and creature that allows you to do so, so you are not actually going to want to do that...
and his last ability
-7 gives you a emblem that is mostly likely going to let you win the game in one turn just the fact that it gives you a emblem that allows all of your creatures to have double strike, trample, hexproof and haste...
However just the fact that you need to wait 5 turns till you get emblem, it is going to be hard as people are most likely not going to let him stay in the battlefield long enough for that to happen.

So in summary he is going to be a so-so planeswalker and people are most likely going to call him out for his 1st and last ability and not the second one just because it would be a waste of his loyalty counter... (my thoughts!)

Thoughts on the other guilds

So Today we will be talking about Gruul and Simic, Gruul, the guild that does not have a guild leader, even though I said in the previous post that Borborygmos was guurl guild leader, however he is not the official guild leader of the Gruul. As the Gruul is a guild that lack of leadership and has a loose affilation of clans. However when Borborygmos were to give a command the Gruul would listen, as his orders are due to the rage of the abused guild

Lets now talk more about its 'main' stuff such as the keyrune and the guild mage, so as Gruul is G/R its keyrune creature colour would be these colour while for its creature type it is most likely a beast due to the look on the keyrune and while for its another ability it might have trample,
While for the guild mage power, since Gruul is all about destruction and chaos like the rakdos, its ability would most likely be some how related to destruction or making creatures bigger so that more chaos can be created and also maybe able to make creatures weaker for the same reason as making the Gruul creatures bigger?
Gruul Charm - Gatecrash Artand there is the charm too which is would have 3 abilities like the ones in Return To Ravnica, and I would say its abilities are
1. Giving creatures to have haste
2. Deal __ damage to creature
3. Creature get +?/+? until end of the turn

Now about Simic, they are a group of scientist, like the izzet however they are not as mad as the izzet are loving to blow up stuff, they are a group of scientist that wants to preserve the original eco system of Ravnica and let nature advance to a next level.

Simic is a U/G type of guild, and so its keyrune would also be the same colour, however from the due to the fact that it is U/G type creature its hard to guess what type is it going to be, it might either be a beast or merfolk? while for its another ability it is actually hard to guess maybe it's just going to get a flying ability?
Than for its Guild Mage, I would say it will have the ability to draw cards like how blue does and also allows you to put +1/+1 counters on creatures like green does :)

More news on Gate Crash

So enough of this amazing photos and lets discuss about their effects :) so this post will be in 3 parts
each one i would either cover 1 / 2 guilds
So today since this is already a long post I might as well cover just 1 :)

So today we will be covering on Boros,

Firstly Boros is a about righteous and authority, they are a guild that has troops and army, they fight for the right stuff and they are some how like the Azorius they believe in justice.
So, from this keyrune image itself, it most likely shows a W/R Solider with maybe flying since most of them are angels? or even first strike?

while the guild mage ability I can't really see what is it from the photo itself, but since it has red one of its ability would most likely be about dealing damage to creature
